To preserve quality, ensure responsible production, and maintain the integrity of our made-to-order process, all sales are final and shipping follows a strictly controlled schedule.

Shipping Policy

All AW26 pieces are shipped with the official seasonal release on September 9th, 2026. Each garment is crafted to order, and shipping begins only once production is complete.

All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Global Express, chosen for its reliability, speed, and secure handling. Delivery typically requires 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment in real time from dispatch to delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to make adjustments prior to shipment, but once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

Once your order is transferred to DHL, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, stolen shipments, or delivery issues caused by third-party logistics.

For any concerns regarding delivery, we recommend contacting DHL directly with your tracking number. Our team is available to assist with documentation if needed.

Discreet packaging ensures that orders arrive in plain, unbranded boxes or envelopes with no revealing labels or logos. This approach protects customer privacy by keeping the contents of a shipment confidential. Returns Policy

All pieces from the AW26 collection are produced on a made-to-order basis. For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each garment is crafted specifically for its owner, and production begins immediately upon purchase.
