Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All pieces from our AW26 collection are made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Can I modify my order after purchase?

Because each piece is produced specifically for its owner, modifications cannot be made once production begins.

What if I need help choosing a size?

Our team is available to provide detailed sizing and fit guidance prior to purchase. We also have a size guide page to help you.

Do you restock items?

No. All garments are made in limited quantities and produced only for customers who pre-order.

Why do you use a pre-order model?

Our pre-order system ensures every garment is produced exclusively for its owner. This eliminates overproduction, preserves material integrity, and allows us to maintain uncompromising craftsmanship.

When does production begin after I place an order?

Production begins immediately. Your garment enters our tailoring schedule as soon as your order is confirmed.

How long does production take?

All AW26 pre-orders will be completed and released with the official seasonal launch on September 9th 2026. Production time may vary, but your piece is guaranteed for the seasonal release date.

Can I receive updates during production?

While we do not provide stage-by-stage updates, you will receive a notification as soon as your piece is completed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping carriers do you use?

All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Global Express, selected for its speed, security, and international reliability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide through DHL. Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 2–5 business days.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

If your garment has not shipped, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships on September 9th, 2026, you will receive a DHL tracking link for real-time updates.

Are you responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages?

Once your order has been handed to DHL, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by third-party logistics.

For any delivery concerns, we recommend contacting DHL directly with your tracking number. Our team is available to assist with documentation or guidance when needed.

Can I change my size after ordering?

Because production begins immediately, sizing changes cannot be made once your order is confirmed.

Can I update my order details?

Once an order enters production, modifications are not possible. This ensures consistency in craftsmanship and proper allocation of materials.

What happens if I made a mistake with my order?

Please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, reaching out as quickly as possible provides the best opportunity for assistance before production begins.

Do you allow exchanges for a different size?

No. All pieces are produced to order for each client, so we cannot offer exchanges for size or style.

Can I cancel an order after purchasing?

No. Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. All sales are final.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event a garment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Do you offer financing or installment options?

At this time, we do not offer financing or installment plans for made-to-order items.
